The Burgy Bee is a directory for events around Williamsburg, Mass. Our goal is to provide information about upcoming events, as well as news and announcements, all in one place.

We want event organizers submit their event details on this site - look for the Suggest Event link at the top of the page. After approval, your submission will go live for everyone to see. We are a very small team, but we try to respond to emails and approve events as quickly as we can.

Depending on space available, the print edition of the Burgy Bee may exclude events at our discretion. Regardless of print status, all approved events will appear on this website. The deadline for having your event appear in print is Wednesday at 8:00AM for each week's Thursday printing.

We cover events of interest to people in Williamsburg and the surrounding towns. We generally will not accept events outside of these towns: Williamsburg, Goshen, Ashfield, Chesterfield, Cummington, Worthington, Westhampton, Conway, and Northampton. All event listings are subject to acceptance by the Burgy Bee which reserves the right to reject any submission at its own discretion. We are looking for events that provide activities, entertainment, information, and social interactions to build community in the region. For-profit activities may be accepted. Activities that we think are the normal course of a business might not be accepted. However, if you are having an event at your business that we think is of general interest, we will be glad to publish it. Activities that run every week for long periods of time may get just a single mention.
